Monica Skibbie, Operations Manager, joined the Red Mug team in 2026 with a background in legal writing, case management, and operations. She brings expertise in executive communications and process development to support Red Mug's growing portfolio of projects.

Alex Bok, Property Sales Specialist, started his career in real estate development by owning and renovating investment properties in Chicago. He has since leveraged his investment background to help people purchase and sell real estate.

JOEY HALPERIN
Joey Halperin, Acquisitions Advisor, brings with him a background in construction and development. Having completed over 50 "fix and flips" as well as ground-up construction, he has a unique perspective that helps Red Mug to see behind the curtain in order to accurately assess and acquire potential homes.

CEO & Founder of Red Mug Investments
Jorge Catrain, CEO and founder of Red Mug Investments, is a licensed architect with an extensive background in construction and real estate development. With more than 50 projects completed in three countries, Jorge provides the necessary skills in order to take our projects across the finish line.
